Our new temporary hours are 4:30 a.m. –7:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. Saturday, 8 a.m.—4p.m. Sunday, 12 noon—4p.m.
Facility hours are shortened for sanitation and cleaning of the building and equipment.
What to Expect When You Enter the Building
Scheduling:
Because we don’t want to see our members waiting in long lines, you will temporarily be required to schedule your times to use the facility. Appointment times are a maximum of 75 minutes. We reserve 15 minutes between scheduled appointment times to sanitize and prepare for the next scheduled appointments. Please call 337-942-1326 to schedule your appointment.
As you enter the building, you will be asked two questions regarding COVID-19 as part of our screening process.
Customers will be required to wash or sanitize their hands upon entering and leaving the facility. Customers will also be required to sanitize the equipment they come in contact with using the disinfectant spray and paper towels provided. We are using hospital grade cleaning supplies to keep you safe and healthy.
Due to the Governor’s restrictions, we can only accommodate 50% occupancy in phase two. The areas that will be open in phase two are Weight rooms, Cardio room, Tennis, some indoor group fitness classes (check schedule weekly), Outdoor swimming pool (lap swimming only), Basketball (one person only), Racquetball (two people only), Indoor pool (four people only), for individual water exercise only, limited shower availability and only one person per dressing area.
Limitations and number of people for each area will be posted.
We appreciate you adhering to these rules at this time. Our goal is to get people in and out in a timely and orderly manner so that we can accommodate as many members as possible. We ask you to please respect our process and work with us, as we are doing the best we can to keep our members and staff safe.
Not open in Phase Two:
- Child care
- 24-hour access
- Congregate recreational swimming

Customers can only use one piece of equipment at a times. There will be no super-setting, circuits, or spotting. You are encouraged to bring your own water or buy some from the snack bar as water fountains are closed.
We recommend that people who are more vulnerable or at high risk for COVID-19, as identified by the CDC, take extra precaution or refrain from use of the facility during the phase one reopening.
