Louisiana Family Fitness Center is the only fitness center in this area to bring all of your fitness needs into one energized, healthy, and family-centered facility. With more than 12,000 square feet and 20 years serving Acadiana, we can accommodate any fitness goal you have, whether you have previous workout experience or not. We offer services of certified personal trainers in our well-equipped weight room and the instructional leadership from our fitness instructors in group exercise classes.
